With over 30 years of extensive experience in global education, Alfred has worked in the United States, Singapore, and China. He has broad experience as an English teacher, principal, and head of school within IB, IGCSE/A-Level, IMYC, IPC, and EYFS environments.
He is committed to integrating innovative digital tools into teaching, empowering educators through data-driven strategies, supporting personalised learning for students, and strengthening home–school collaboration to enhance reading instruction and assessment.
